Stateside Dance ("we", "us", "our") runs statesidedance.com, an online tool that turns one photo into a short AI video of the person doing the Stateside dance. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have agreed to appear in the results. Do not upload photos of children or minors, celebrities or other public figures. By uploading a photo of another person, you confirm that you have their permission.
Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored with our cloud storage provider. Each file is served from a long, random link that is not listed or published anywhere, but anyone who has the link can open it, so share links with care. We keep files while your account is active so you can view and download your work, and for as long as needed to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete them at any time (see "Your Rights").
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in will not work without them.
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, including your uploaded photos and generated videos, or to close your account. Contact us at [email protected] from the email address you sign in with. We respond within 30 days.
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. We rely on their contractual safeguards to protect it.
The service is for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. Photos of children must not be uploaded.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
